I am incredibly enthusiastic about the gym and have multiple years of experience under my belt. I intend to share advice from what I have learned and experienced from my journey to transform myself inside of the gym.
I have helped friends start their fitness journey by being by their side guiding them through the correct form for each exercise and by providing a gym program that they enjoy and can see results from. This is what intend to do in the online course. To make your path into the gym as easy as possible, and for you to feel comfortable with i clear plan and sense of purpose for each day you are in there, never feeling lost and confusing in what to do as you will be filled with the knowledge to achieve your goals whatever they may be.
Whether it's gaining muscle to help fill out t-shirts or be more confident with your body. Gaining strength to impress yourself for what your body is capable of doing or losing body fat leaving you more energised and confident with self image.
I will motivate you to turn the gym and fitness into more than I hobby and make it a clear and important part of your lifestyle.
This will be a great opportunity for me aswell as you as I get to share my passion with others. As the gym and weightlifting gave me a purpose and I have greatly enjoyed the process and the friends I have made through have to same interests.
