I myself am a visual learner so depending on your needs I would try to work around that , how you learn best, and what your strengths and weaknesses are will all help to accommodate each individual, to help get you on top!
I always love making presentations and making them interesting as they so often can become boring , I encourage all my students to bring their creativity, and use their imagination where needed !
I hope to bring a positive spin to the work that can be tedious and work as a team , being a support for anyone who benefits from additional support or just some general guidance is so important to me , as I struggled at lot at secondary school especially with all the different workloads at GCSE, so I can be compassionate to each persons feelings and struggles and discuss ways to make things easier to cope with, plan out and manage for now and for the future.
Helping students not only helps them complete their work with better grades but also enables them to know there is support and feel confident in asking or accessing it for themselves when they get older and enter the adult world, preparing for university and big workloads in jobs , as well as increasing the chances of them effectively dealing better with problems in everyday life.
Small things have a big impact!
Sometimes we all need a little help, and I'm glad to be apart of that philosophy:)
