I use a blended style for teaching which involves finding out what the student is best suited to in the first couple lessons. I tend to steer away from powerpoints to more engaging methods such as questions and feedback, simulated examples and having the students teach back to practice active recall. The dynamic of my lessons are really engaging but also quite challenging. The idea is to really maximise the lesson time and help as much as I can. I’ve been tutoring for 4 years now I’ve seen my students go up by 5 grades at times. With the right approach anything is really possible
