Colin Paterson Paterson

I have played chess all my adult life and captained chess teams for over thirty years. I have worked in schools and ran outdoor chess alongside Gala days for ten years. I conduct my chess lessons on a lifelong learning basis. The main elements are Grandmaster play, chess openings, chess puzzles and improving your game by playing. I will endeavour to plant a chess in your area of Glasgow. A chess club has already been planted in Govanhill courtesy of Govanhill Baths. I am currently working hard with pupils in North Glasgow and Cardonald to plant chess clubs in those areas.
