I have always had a passion for English and achieved an A in English Language and B in English Literature at GCSE level. Although I have never been a tutor before, I am an understanding and patient individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to help others. I am fluent in English as it is my native language and would be willing to work with students of all abilities. I am able to accommodate any individual needs (e.g disabilities) as best as I can. I will also take into consideration when planning lessons what type of learner the individual is e.g auditory or textual/written etc. I want learning English to be a fun and stress free process for my students and for them to learn to love the language as much as I do. For this reason, I would alter my teaching approach if the student is struggling to understand something by explaining a different way, using a different method, using images/diagrams etc.
