My lessons are fun and enthusiastic. I am accessible and employ hands-on approach with my students. When I can, I incorporate fun into my lessons. And while my laid-back manner is appropriate for variety of subjects and grade levels, I can adapt my style to the needs of the student. For instance, I use the facilitator style of teaching, which calls for a student-centred continuous learning approach, for students who are uncomfortable with autonomous study. My colleagues generally describe me as fun but disciplined, I think their assessment is accurate.
