Each session I do is very catered to the individual. I want that person to feel comfortable in what they’re doing, as well as being able to understand why they are doing it. I will of course push my clients but only to the abilities I know they can achieve.
I have worked as a health and fitness coach and had a variety of people come to with from all walks of life. We always found a way around their issues if they had any, and managed to give them the confidence they longed for.
