I aim to offer an inclusive learning experience tailored to the individual needs of the learner. I would ensure to encompass their way of learning and allow them to take responsibility for their learning while supporting them to achieve to their fullest.

I will provide the necessary resources that the learner can take away with them in order to work independently following sessions. I will also take the time to mark/look over any work done out with sessions beforehand in order to go over work during sessions to consolidate understanding.
