With 5 years of teaching experience, 'English for Speakers of Other Languages' (ESOL) accreditation and First Class Honours in BA Arabic, I wish to help you on your language learning journey! I am a native speaker of English, and fluent in Arabic, Russian and French. I also have two years of experience working as a translator (Arabic and Russian). With this personal experience, I am well placed to understand what it feels like to learn a new language and what kind of support will help you to achieve your goals.

Languages are beautiful and complex. Whether you are an absolute beginner or intermediate, I will help you to get to grips with the grammar, vocabulary and colloquialisms of English. We will do this through a mixture of in-language immersion, teaching and creative practice, developing all of the following essential skills : speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in tandem.

I tailor my lessons to my students needs and interests, whether that's literature, music or politics. The relationship between student and teacher has to be one of trust and mutual respect. Over time, we will work together to achieve your goals and build your confidence. All ages are welcome!
