LEARNING ENGLISH SHOULD BE FUN!

My lessons are enjoyable, relaxed and funny - you will learn without even trying!

Whether you want to learn or improve your English for study, for work, for travel or for leisure, we will progress at your own pace and speed - there will be no pressure, no stress, no rush (unless you are in a hurry - for example, perhaps you have a job interview looming, or an exam you must pass?).

Every lesson you have with me will be unique; every one is personalised and designed specifically for you, to reflect your own level and your own goals and objectives. Lessons are built around your personal likes and interests and designed to match your learning style and preferences.

I have experience teaching English to adults and children of all ages, from absolute beginners to competent speakers. I use a range of materials (videos, music, pictures, work-sheets, role-play) and a variety of approaches - I am very adaptable! Some people prefer really formal lessons, for example working systematically through the rules of English grammar and sentence structure. Other people prefer a more informal approach, for example to practice their conversational skills, focusing on vocabulary, idioms and pronunciation. If you need to improve your English for Business, this is my speciality - I have qualifications and experience in teaching Business English and can design lessons around your specific industry and needs (meetings/sales/management etc.).

Whatever your needs, whatever you level, I will ensure that your lessons are fun, varied and interesting. Your confidence and competence will build steadily, until you have achieved your goals. My only objective is that you enjoy yourself and want to keep coming back for more. Because LEARNING ENGLISH IS FUN!
