OWNER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR , 08/2016 - Current

B2 Theatre Company, Edinburgh, Midlothian
- Set up Theatre Company for aspiring young actors aged 16-25
- Responsibility for the artistic, strategic and commercial direction of the
company
- Lead on the income generation activities of the company, including ticket sales
and fundraising
- Responsibility for developing vision and reach of organisation and ensuring
plans,
processes and resources are developed to achieve this
- Produced/Directed sell out productions of Jekyll and Hyde, Little Shop of Horrors,
Sweeney Todd
- Development of 30 young artists in the process of breaking into the industry
- Worked in partnership with Leith Theatre – first theatre company in 45 years to
perform on the main stage
