I like to see what you can do, so first I look at your work. Depending on what you are aiming to achieve, we will discuss what is required and I will go over how you go about doing it. I make suggestions regarding your technique and what to practice and do for the following lesson. I like to see what you can do, so first I look at your work. Depending on what you are aiming to achieve, we will discuss what is required and I will go over how you go about doing it. I make suggestions regarding your technique and what to practice and do for the following lesson. I coach students on presentation techniques by going over graphic design/ layout basics and give tips about how to improve the look of their work.
I think it's important to understand basic art history and movements such as Modernism and Post-modernism therefore I ask my students to do a certain amount of research on specific artists, designers and architects which helps them fully contextualise their work.
I can help with personal statements and final portfolios for University applications.
Finally, I am an approachable and friendly tutor who really wants her students to succeed.
