• For my lessons and classes, I would utilise various channels including powerpoint presentations as well as live sessions to tutor students on
chosen topics.
• Also able to provide master classes for junior and mid-level staff in legal departments of various companies, especially oil and gas companies
on principles of negotiating commercial agreements as well as risk assessment.
• Can develop a training column for junior to midlevel persons working in a corporate environment, on practical tips for transaction management,
managing relationships with external counsel etc.
• Would be able to undertake knowledge development sessions for students on key areas including legal principles, principles of contract drafting
and review, etc.
• Will be able to utilise case studies (based on real transactions), to highlight and elaborate key legal principles on a broad range of transactions.
