Sessions are personalised and suitable for all and focus on relaxing, unwinding, stretching and finding the space to breathe. Gitananda yoga is a traditional Indian yoga practice based on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. In a class we largely practice Hatha yoga (Jattis, Asanas and Kriyas) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). We always finish with relaxation.
