I teach using practical technique. I would usually ask student to use the software to rate the level of knowledge they have. I make lesson plan base on the student level of knowledge and desire.

Inteach in the most simple way to keep the student interested and learn faster without wasting time and resources.

At the end of the lesson, student will learn from the basics up to the desired level woth extra tips and knowledge in using Microsoft, Excel and powerpoint.
