I am primary school teacher with 3 years experience. I am keen to ensure students are all successful in their aims. I like to assess knowledge before teaching in order to find out where support is needed. I like students to also let me know where they feel they need support as I believe teaching and learning is a partnership. I like to also assess after to ensure that I have taught everything required.
