Notably, I have served as the honourable Head of the English Department, responsible for shaping young learners' minds as an IGCSE English teacher. In this capacity, my role encompasses imparting knowledge to students by meticulously following the IGCSE ESL syllabus provided by esteemed institutions such as CAIE, Edexcel, and Oxford AQA. Furthermore, I have the esteemed honour of serving as an erudite English academic tutor at the prestigious University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom.
The culmination of my educational qualifications, inclusive of a master's degree in education (MED), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), has endowed me with a profound understanding of pedagogical principles and the necessary skills to provide exemplary leadership and educational guidance. In my current esteemed place, I have the honour of spearheading a distinguished department comprising twelve erudite specialist teachers and reading specialists. In this capacity, I oversee the collaborative-inquiry process, which encompasses setting meticulous data-driven objectives, designing and implementing an annual action plan, and critically analysing and refining techniques based on interim assessments.
