In my coaching practice, I offer a range of features designed to support your journey comprehensively.
All new clients begin with a Discovery session and a Vision session. The Discovery session utilises a technique known as Motivational Interviewing to help us explore your current motivations and barriers. The Vision session builds on this works and helps us to establish goals and create a detailed roadmap to guide you every step of the way.
This customised approach may include regular coaching calls to provide real-time guidance and support, weekly check-ins and feedback to ensure that your progress is closely monitored and any necessary adjustments can be made. I can also create and deliver a bespoke fitness plan through training software known as Truecoach that incorporates strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises. Additionally, you will have direct access to me for any questions or concerns, ensuring continuous support throughout your journey. This structured yet flexible approach ensures that you receive the guidance and support necessary to achieve and maintain your goals effectively.
