For the past sixteen years in China, I have passionately taught English as a foreign language to students of all ages, managing classes as large as 200. Beyond classroom teaching, I've also dedicated much of my career to training both foreign and native English-speaking educators. My roles as an international school principal, head teacher, and English language centre owner have provided a unique platform to mentor and guide teachers in diverse educational settings.

Although much of my work has been within traditional classrooms, I have also integrated remote training and teaching into my repertoire. In 2014, I founded my own English centres, which were among the first to embrace online teaching well before the pandemic, using it initially for practice purposes. My teaching approach is dynamic and engaging, whether in-person or online, and is rooted in an implicit methodology that draws on students' experiences and interests to make learning more relevant and enjoyable.

I have had the privilege of learning from outstanding trainers, including experts from Cambridge and the Read Write Inc. (RWI) program during my time in Hong Kong. These experiences have been instrumental in refining my teaching techniques, which I've further enriched over the past eight years through collaborative work with Spanish universities.

My specialization lies in synthetic phonics, literacy, and reading development, and I have designed courses for my language centers that have been adopted by several other schools. Through my dedication to education, I aim to inspire both students and educators, ensuring that every learning experience is as enriching and effective as possible.
