I break down all parts to reassemble it a fitting & personal way adapted for each individuals, for 20 years I’ve been training around 100 athletes with their own differences around the Persique Gulf.
There’s not 1 methodology which fits all, each person is unique so the training should be.
My philosophy is “No Brain. No Gain” not the very popular “No Pain. No Gain” it’s about being able to train, fight smart & gradual, instead of going hard from the start & get used to unnecessary pain.
That doesn’t mean it’s easy training with me will be very challenging, out of the box & gradually as close as possible to the full scale experience but respectful of each individual’s ability to absorb.
Martial arts & Combat sports unlike Football or Tennis for example if you lose, you can be upset, cry it out but it won’t be life or health threatening, but in combat a lot more things can happen with serious injuries which could be fatal.
The rigor & seriousness of every training should help prepare a person to prevent as much risks as possible to ensure all the safety, physical & mental preparation to perform, it’s a meticulous work of balance.
