I have recently completed my level 2 diploma in professional cookery in a 3 rosette kitchen, I plan to teach some delicious fun simple recipes for younger students and some more complex ones for older students. The lessons will consist off an introduction, a run down of the health and safety, and a live tutorial. In these lessons I aim to improve peoples confidence in cooking and show them it can be fun! lessons will be held via zoom and all equipment and food needed will be put in the description prior to the lesson beginning. These lessons will be 4 hours long and will include how to make a starter, main course and a dessert all from scratch. I am over the moon to be able to share the skills I have learnt and really get people comfortable with the kitchen.
