I am a college graduate as of June 2023. I studied 10 GSCE's of which I recieved 1 A* in Product Design and 5 As in English Language, English Literature, Religious Studies, Biology and Geography. I also received a B in maths and 3 Cs in Chemistry, Physics, and Art. For my alevels I have studied Sociology, Criminology, and Religious Education of which I have not yet received my final grades. I am on a gap year so I am available most week days for tutoring. I plan to study Philosophy, Ethics, and Religion when I do go to uni in 2024. I am interested in becoming a teacher after I go to uni and earn my degree so I figured this would be a good way to experience teaching to see if it's something I would enjoy full-time.
My hours are very flexible although I have no availability on weekends due to my current job. My job as a sales person in retail has taught me great communication skills which are greatly needed when tutoring.
I believe I have a good understanding of the subjects I advertise and am willing to read up on anything I may be a bit dusty on especially if its a subject I studied at GSCE not Alevel. Whilst I will do my best to provide tutoring to anyone who wants it regardless of exam board I cannot promise that the level of tutoring for an exam board I didn't have will be the same as the one I did have.
