Teaching methods can be adapted dependant on students preferences, learning methods and existing approaches.
I am a highly interactive person and this is reflected in my teaching methods. My experience as a boxing coach for different ages and abilities has imbedded this.
My number one priority is ensuring students motivation in and beyond our sessions, so I take a dynamic approach.
