With over 5 years experience of working in schools, I even taught online during the pandemic so if you’d prefer online sessions, I will make sure these are just as valuable as in-person. I am equipped to ensure you have the best learning experience. I have taught students of all ages, at different levels and so, I can adapt to a learning style that suits you. I am experienced in teaching English Language and Literature at GCSE level and A-Level but also primary age preparing for SATs.
I like to make my lessons interactive, as a collaborative effort between tutor and tutee. My teaching style will vary for each student, as I recognise that no child learns in the same way and of course it is important to enjoy this time and have fun while learning!
In our first session, I will assess how you best learn to ensure our hour long sessions together are beneficial for your progression.
I will provide you with memorable ways to tackle English in school and support you through examinations - whether GCSE, A-Level or SATs. I will help you in establishing practical ways to learn and revise so that you can reach your full potential in English - I will show you the fun side of learning.
Based in Coventry, we can do in-person or we can have our sessions online - if you live not too far from Coventry (Kenilworth or Bedworth for example), this is fine too!
