If put through the required learning and practice, we are unique and valuable to the society.
For me, life is in stages: there is nothing wrong in investing myself in teaching students how to climb up without shortcuts. I find-out that with both staff members and interns, once they have been taught how to do it right, the job of managing their creativity becomes easier.

OBJECTIVES
To help each student identify his/her strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats/oppositions
Encourage each student to appreciate his/her days of little beginnings
Make it clear to each student that their chance of success is in their hand, if they are willing to work for it.
Inculcate the desire to research and learn.
Ensure my students are not novices at internship
Discourage shortcuts

METHODOLOGY
There will be chance for each student to participate in class
Make practical approach a part of the total learning experience.
Prepare students for internship by encouraging hands-on participation
Constructively critic creative works.
Identify potentials and areas of improvement for creative works presented by each student.
Penalize all forms of shortcut

EVALUATION
There will be class task.
Students will carry out both individual and group assignments.

It is exciting to be part of the transformation that comes with learning. So opportunities that facilitate growth are a part of my lessons.
