My experience as an English Teacher is an excellent one.I have good qualities which include good communication skills, listening,collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience.The format and methodology I use is the Communicative language teaching skills which helps students to learn how to use their language skills to communicate in the real world,keeping instructions clear and simple, letting the students to listen first,drill and repeat my lesson so the students can understand better, prepare alot for the lesson and also let the students contribute in order to ensure they understand the lesson perfectly .The contents of the lessons are Vocabulary, grammar, functions, reading, listening, speaking and my lesson plan,I use the method of engaging the students,exploring,elaborating,and evaluation. It has really been a very good experience for me because I have learned more than I have ever hoped for by being an effective communicator both in writing and speaking verbally. I love making my class lively by getting to know my students, setting a target or goal, making the lesson interactive, reward the student and also play games.I also use experimental learning as a teacher because it encourages creativity,helps students learn from mistakes and also prepares students for future experiences. When I teach,I like involving each and every student in the learning process which engages the students and support them through the learning a teacher I listen to feedback from students,i avoid being Bias and I engage so much in self reflection.I am very patient with my students and follow up with their performance as well.
