I don't have much experience in teaching a language, but I attended a few English courses, so my method will be based on those experiences.
I'd like to start with some vocabulary, specifically personalized in the fields you're interested in, then some grammar, musts and must not, and some sayings (which are extremely used by Italians).
I really hope we could have fun together and that's why we could choose a few Italian media productions - such as readings from books or newspapers, tv shows, and little speeches - to develop your understanding skills: watching and reading in a foreign language really are the simplest and yet most efficient way to learn.
