As a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor, I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident in their abilities. I believe in building strong relationships with my students where I’m able to understand their individual learning styles, and adapt my approach to meet their specific needs.

In my teaching, I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps. I use an online interactive whiteboard to demonstrate step-by-step examples, which helps visual learners and allows students to actively participate during lessons. I encourage students to ask questions and work through problems with my guidance, fostering a sense of independence and confidence in their maths skills. I also heavily focus on exposing students to a wide range of questions in their specific Maths exam board, allowing them to more prepared about the types they of questions they will face.

My tutoring approach is not only about improving academic performance but also about boosting my students’ self-confidence. I regularly assess progress through mini assessments, provide constructive feedback, and offer extra practice materials, including past papers and topic-specific questions, to ensure students feel prepared and motivated.

In addition to my passion for maths, I have a strong academic background, having achieved grade 9s in all my GCSE subjects and being predicted A*s in my A-levels. This, along with my tutoring experience, allows me to offer students not only subject knowledge but also exam techniques and tips for success.

With a commitment to making maths enjoyable and accessible, I aim to help students build both their skills and their confidence, ensuring they reach their full potential.
