I provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere for my students. Letting them know we are in this together. I assess my students and create a curriculum that meets them where they are but also builds them up to reach their fullest potential. I encourage my students to be truthful about what they need help with and let them know it's okay to need help. It helps me as your tutor know what areas to focus on. I am also big on building a rapport with the parents so they can share in the accomplishments and also add extra help where needed. Reading is necessary and a very important. If we teach them while they are young then they will have bright futures.
