My name is Charlotte, I am 20 years old and I am a primary teacher in training. I am approaching my final year of University as of September 2024, and I have plenty of experience with teaching. Prior to getting my degree, I worked in a school care club supervising and teaching children, as well as taking every work experience opportunity to teach. I have now passed approx. 20 weeks of placement teaching within 2 different schools in Brighton; teaching is truly my passion.
I am still currently studying educational teaching methods and therefore all my techniques and ideas are fresh, new and constantly being practiced.
Within my lessons, I value the importance of student involvement and creativity, and I am always using enactive resources! It can be easy to get caught up in the 'lecturing' style of teaching and simply speaking to the child in order to teach, however I place importance on the interactive side of teaching, giving children a memorable lesson each and every time, after all, learning should not be boring!
I am training every aspect of primary subjects, not simply English and Maths, so if this is something you are also interested in, let me know :).
My hours are flexible being at University, and I am willing to commute if need be.
If you are looking for a young enthusiastic tutor training in every aspect of primary education, please get in contact with me!
