I focus on past paper practise exam questions and working through those slowly. I also will help students with any homework or assignments where they don't understand the topics or how to get to the correct answer. I like to let the student take lead in relation to which topics we focus on, so that they are in control and are able to guide me where specifically they need support and help the most...
I focus on past paper practise exam questions and working through those slowly. I also will help students with any homework or assignments where they don't understand the topics or how to get to the correct answer. I like to let the student take lead in relation to which topics we focus on, so that they are in control and are able to guide me where specifically they need support and help the most. I have 1 years experience of tutoring a Year 8 student Key Stage 3 Maths. I enjoyed taking a more conservational approach as it helped the student feel more comfortable and we were able to work through problems together and discuss each step.
