I am professional teacher who is hard working, affable, dedicated and compassionate about my work. I have worked selflessly for the past eleven years with love at the lower primary, upper primary and the junior high school. I am a graduate teacher with solid academic both practical and theological background in education, excellent analytical problem solving skills. I have good communication skills.I use several teaching techniques such as discussion method, roleplay, to explain my lessons.l also use lots of teaching and learning materials to improve pupils understanding. To improve their vocabulary and fluency lots of new words are enacted from the dictionary. The look and say method is one of the best methods used to drill pupils understanding.l normally group pupils of different abilities during reading and writing so that they can learn from each other .pupils with low abilities are well taken care of before, during and after classes.l spend much of my time inquiring for information on various platforms in order to help pupils to solve their lesson problems.l give lots of exercises before , during and after lesson and l also distribute questions evenly before, during and after lessons to test the understanding of pupils, this helps to know whether pupils are following or not. I also like giving lots of exercises and assignments to to test the understanding of pupils. Because I am affable, lots of pupils confined in me when ever they have any problem and then the necessary action are taken to help solve the problem
