Hello, I am an avid reader and literature geek who has kept within the realm of the subject of English despite being out of mainstream education for five years. I chose to study English for my A-Levels because I enjoyed studying it and have a passion for all things around the subject. I had fun and passionate teachers that kept me engaged in lessons and with the chosen novels - even if they weren't the most interesting.

I want to emulate that onto the students I tutor, I like to keep the lessons interesting and find out how the student best learns things in the most productive ways. When I was at school I found a lot of teaching quite stale even though I was interested in the subjects, so my main focus for you is to keep the lessons as enjoyable yet practical, specific and personal to you.

During a typical session, we will break down previous notions and ideas, see where any worries or queries may lay, and then progress on to where you need to be at by the end of the lesson - all in a way that makes you the student most comfortable and able to work proactively. I am there to offer all of the knowledge I can on the subject and help you get to the best place possible for your course.
