Throughout my experience of studying and completing exams, I’ve developed many learning and revision techniques that I use in my tutoring sessions. A typical session starts with a discussion of the topics you’d like to revise or any new ones you need to learn, then I will choose one of the topics to start with and we will work together so that at the end of the session you understand it and can answer some questions. The methods I use for teaching include breaking down ideas into smaller and easier parts to understand, working through example questions and summarising the content that was covered. Furthermore, I will suggest some ideas for independent work for you to complete after tutor sessions and then help you in the next session if you struggle with this work. These suggestions include making flash cards and completing and marking past papers with the aim of helping your overall study of Physics.
