Beyond my PT & biomechanics expertise, I also like to utilise my advanced yoga teacher qualifications and year spent learning from yoga masters in the Indian Himalayas to help you achieve a healthy, resilient and “fit” mind.
My goal is always to help my clients solve their issue, build their own understanding and have a laugh along the way!
A typical sessions awards starts with the first few minutes dedicated to breathing, before we move into a dynamic warm up and then the workout or skills element of the session. We then end the session by circling back to the breath and integrating what we’ve learned in the session.
I typically work with my clients for at least 12 weeks to ensure meaningful progress using SMART goals to ensure we can track progress and make sure we guarantee success.
Achieving meaningful results in health and fitness always requires discipline and can be challenging so I focus on making sure there is excellent communication between myself and my clients to ensure we’re on the same page and they are doing the exercises and movements that they enjoy.
If something isn’t fun then it’s unlikely we will succeed at it for long so this is a priority for me when working with my clients.
