I have specialisations in areas of both Music and English.
I have a Masters of Performance from the Royal College of Music, London, and experience teaching students of all ages both privately and within schools.

I believe everyone can sing, and want to help you gain confidence in your voice!
I am an opera singer professionally and have sung classical, music theatre, and pop music throughout my performing and teaching career. The lessons will focus on whatever type of music you want to sing, whether it’s one or all of those genres. I am here to help you develop and gain confidence!

I also provide musicianship training like sightreading and aural skills, and have a great deal of experience in choral singing. Whether you’re a beginner who’s always wanted to learn to read music, or wanting to work on your sight-singing, I’m here to help.

I also have a Masters in Philosophy in English Literature. I am available for tutoring for school and university level English students, and for adults wanting to improve their written language and literacy skills. I can help with:
- Essay writing
- Other coursework
- General literacy, spelling, and grammar
- Editing essays/written work

For younger children, I would love to help them gain confidence with reading, writing, and spelling!

I am a thorough teacher with an excellent eye for detail.

My specialisation was in 19th Century literature, but I have also studied other literary periods, as well as some film studies.
