My practical and academic approach to teaching adds extensive value to being able to pass exams at university level for EU and Competition Law modules. The practical experience enables students to better understand the application of applicable rules and is of extensive value after proceeding from studies.
For companies, my practical experience in delivering compliance training in these legal fields is on a monthly basis and is aimed at management and mid-level employees to easily navigate through the rules without it being a painful exercise.
For university students, we will follow the syllabus being taught and each lesson revert to exam style questions in order to ensure the format and content expectation is worked on continuously under the answers are 1st class. It is essential you are able to point out your strenghts and weaknesses from the begining that you are aware of. Sometimes these are not always clear and my teaching method will ensure these are drawn to your attention if not already. One thing missing from university style teaching, is the practical usage of the knowledge acquired to be used into practice and this is something I can assit with during the classes.
For companies, we will have high level training sessions which are tailored to your business’ every day needs to ensure you are up-to—date and compliant with the rules. This will include, the recent implications or relevant case-law, the applicable rules and case-studies. At the end, it is always best to put the training to the test via a practical examination.
