Charlee Saunders

Hey my name is Charlee. 2 years ago I achieved an A* in maths and numeracy GCSE. Maths is my favourite subject and I would love to help others achieve the grades they want. I have teaching assistant experience and would teach maths for an hour everyday to a group of 30 children 9-11 years old. I would love to help younger children as through this job I learnt skills that will help progression and make maths fun at the same time! I’m perfectly open to helping someone with their GCSEs as we can go through past paper questions and I can teach them my approach to getting good grades. I believe getting good grades is down to how much you enjoy the subject , this is why I like to make maths fun as it encourages people to learn. I love to teach as I think it’s rewarding watching people progress with my help and I would love to help others. My approach to teaching would start with writing up a plan of everything the student is struggling with and working step by step through each one until they understand. I understand maths can be a subject that’s hard to concentrate on as I’ve experienced this myself, I have found ways to stop this from happening so if you would like to find out then choose me as your tutor. I also achieved an A* in health&Social care and would love to help someone achieve the same in their GCSEs.
