Greetings to the concerned. I've been teaching English to students of standards 4 to 8. I always try to make my lessons simple & easy enough to understand & remember. I mostly instruct my students to read books on subjects they like written in English. This is to spark up an interest in the students regarding the English language. I also encourage students to make the maximum colloquial usage of the English language daily. This helps them get used to spoken English skills & get them to pronounce the words in the correct manner. I also tell my students to watch English movies & learn how to rectify their pronunciation of words & understand when they need to speak in which tone. I always try my best to make learning fun for the students. I believe that if the students are enjoying their lessons, they'll be interested in working harder on those & will eventually succeed in learning & getting good grades. The students need to be interested so that they can understand what they're opting to learn & succeed in doing so. I also take quick, random tests of the students to keep track of how much they've advanced. This helps them to remember what they've learnt earlier & not forget it in the process of learning more eventually. When I ask the students to work hard on learning, that means that I too, work equally hard on helping them learn. Thank you very much for going through the description.
