About me

I am a Vocal Coach teaching online. In the lessons, we go through warm-ups and exercises and then we work on a song of your choice. What I usually do is do sections of the song to make sure you are singing it with the right techniques, so for example you are not pushing or straining your voice.

I am being taught by James Lugo (Vocal Coach on American Idol, Glee, etc.) and have a BMus (Honours)...

I'm passionate to teach and help students achieve their goals and making sure you apply the right foundations to your instrument; while having fun at the same time! Chantel made me feel very comfortable and safe from the beginning . I have no experience in singing properly and limited talent but over the months my confidence has grown and despite my limitations she is always encouraging. Balancing a busy life with my lessons is challenging but Chantal makes it very easy for me and it’s almost become like therapy . I couldn’t recommend her enough . Nita

Chantal is a brilliant vocal coach. She has helped me so much to understand ways to help maximise by abilities. Definitely recommend! She is also absolutely lovely and it’s very easy to see her passion for tutoring and singing.
