Chandni Choudhary

During my graduation in Laws at Delhi University, I discovered my interest in International laws, Arbitration, Consumer laws, Constitutional laws and Taxation and Company Laws.
During my Graduation in Laws, I have done two internships, first being with Ikant Sharma & Associates from August to September in 2020, second being with Delhi State Legal Services Authority from to During these internships, I learnt about dealing with clients, verification of facts and worked on academic research .
After law, I joined SBI Life Insurance as legal trainee for a period of two months where I gained experience of Insurance industry and Consumer laws and made several reports on project " Legal aspects of Life Insurance Industry".
On First January 2023, I joined as Legal Intern in Directorate of Legal Affairs - CBIC till 30 june 2023. Currently I am working with Settlement Commission of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax. I have been assisting Chairman of the Commission in legal matters and prepare various reports for him in cases relating to Custom, Excise and Service tax laws.
I have special interest in legal research and due diligence in Company matters and good at multitasking and hold reasonable knowledge of cyber laws and MS office.
