Every teacher has her or his own style of teaching. I have a huge passion for teaching mathematics. It will always necessarily be a part of a sequence of lessons or learning experiences which will ideally build mathematical understanding, improve fluency, build problem solving capacity and then develop mathematical reasoning skills. an outstanding lesson as one where the students show clear evidence of learning. The lesson should also have no significant areas for improvement and lots of strengths.
