I start off my lessons with a recap of the previous lesson, as well as clarifying any doubts with homework set by the school or me so that everything will be clear. I love to use a lot of online websites for resources when it comes to learning a new topic and I also prefer to send mind maps or videos that can help with revision in the future. When it comes to revision, I will usually go through weak topics and recap the strong ones, I believe that going through stronger topics help to encourage students for the test! This will be done by giving some practice questions for the student, either sourced from the school, online, or questions set by me.

I have experience in teaching KS2 to GCSE, and I can teach IB as I was a former student. I was a relief teacher in my home country Singapore, and I am currently working as a tutor at an established tuition centre, where I taught more than 20 students. As a current student myself, I understand how tough academic work can be, and I always try my best to motivate my students! My current students have had an improvement in their grades and I believe that as long as you put in a bit of effort, studying will be much easier and maybe even fun :) Besides teaching the subject itself, I would also share some general tips that helped me with my exams previously, and I hope that my students will leave with not only stellar grades, but also better stress management and studying skills. I am very proud to share that almost all of my students have had an increase in their grades, and one was awarded for his excellant performance.
