I present first and then let the students practice and let the student produce.
I am focus on students' producing time, it is very important for the student to practice and maximize the time.
I provide real life scenario knowledge which is useful even outside our class.
Most of the time I adjust with the student's need or the things she or he needs to improve. I am open with feedback too.

I have been teaching students for many years now via Zoom, Gmeet, or Voov. I have been teaching conversation classes and business English. Students can practice speaking, reading, listening, writing with me.
