I offer online and in person personal training sessions with a focus on strength & conditioning. My style of coaching is democratic; meaning we work together to achieve your goals. I value your input and your preferences and I combine that with my sports science knowledge and coaching background.
Prior to the session I conduct a written questionaire and get a good idea of your goals/training experience and then we build from there.
Sessions start with a warm which involves mobility and getting your heart rate up. Then we move onto plyometrics, strength and accessory work based around your goals.
A 1-1 session lasts 55 minutes. We work within your boundaries, if I'm pushing too much or not enough just say - it's about what you feel comfortable with!
