My name is Catherine. I am French, and I live in Paris.

I have been a French tutor for 3 years. I am used to work with students for all over the world. I will be thrilled to meet you to help you improve in French !
I am also an academic French proofreader.
Both of this activity allow be to get better in understanding students’ difficulties.

The lesson will take the form of a friendly French conversation. And yes, it is possible even if your level is A2. We will discuss the topics of your choice and also talk about French customs and cultural differences. If you plan a trip to France, I can help you get ready to communicate with locals in everyday situations.

I will often provide you with materials to read or watch in order to prepare for the lesson and be able to speak about the subject. If you have extra time to learn, I will give you homework assignments.

I specialize in conversational French, but as a Ph.D. in biology, I can also adapt to technical subjects.

Je m’appelle Catherine.
Je suis française et je vis à Paris.
Je donne des cours de français en ligne depuis 3 ans. Je suis aussi correctrice académique depuis 5 ans.

Les cours de français que je propose prennent la forme d’un conversation amicale en français. Nous allons parler de sujets qui vous intéressent, mais aussi de la culture française et des différences culturelles.
Avant chaque leçon, je vous demanderai de lire un article ou de regarder une vidéo. Si vous avez du temps libre pendant la semaine, je peux aussi vous donner des exercices à faire à la maison.

Étant diplômée d’un doctorat en biologie, je suis aussi capable de parler de sujets techniques.
