My teaching methods are determined by the students. The lesson plans are detailed prepare for the students, their interests, their needs, their likes and dislikes and tray to make the class interesting to the student, and very dinamyc.
I try that during the lesson, the student be interested, active and proactive so it's not just a person giving classes but two people learning together.
