I will slowly walk them through the process and give them examples, then together we will try a few questions together so that I can see their understanding and decide whether to let them progress on their own or continue doing them together. I will slowly walk them through the process and give them examples, then together we will try a few questions together so that I can see their understanding and decide whether to let them progress on their own or continue doing them together. I have experience teaching 11+ students as well as Year 8 - Year 10. I believe that this method allows for me to spot the topics that need the most assistance and manage to build their confidence up. I will first assess their knowledge so that I can spot the topics that need the most help and guide them through.
