Cassandra Daugherty

I have taught 6 children homeschooling at once, all different grades. I taught reading, writing, math, science, and technology for 3rd grade, 4th grade, 6th grade, 8th grade, and 2 9th graders. I was learning with them. I am not your average teacher, I want to know what you do and don't know already. I want to build on your skills you already have. I am clear and precise with my words and sounds. I have taught many classes at work on how to complete medical claims and how to run microsoft programs. I have taught 5 to 6 people at work at a time. I am very patient, I will listen to you, and I want your feedback.

I know that the English language is very complex and can be hard to understand. I want to make it easy for you. I want to know your learning style and what you are comfortable with. If we need to draw out pictures to match different letters and sounds then that is the way we do it. I understand everyone has a different learning style. I am very dedicated to helping others and I will ensure that you are confident as well. I will go over a topic with you 100 times if that is what it takes for you to be successful. I will not waste your time. I will be attentive and dedicated to assisting you to speak and write in English. You will be successful if I am your tutor.
