I teach using PowerPoint lecture method, discussion method, slack, question and answer and each student will be given an opportunity to choose which mode of communication that best suites the student. The biology content or dynamics lessons will be based on the students' needs. I have over ten years teaching at the secondary, university and private institutions including Kenya Wildlife Training Institute, Maseno University, Egerton University and Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute. I will provide the students the best, simple and understandable lessons for the success. Given my experience, my students have been enjoying and rated me at a 100% success in their lessons and with an error margin of p< 0.05, which is excellent for the achievement at both locally and internationally. I love my work and I will make my students think positively about biology and aim high while enjoying my online lessons. I will strive to make each and every student like biology and aim at success all the time.
